Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or wish to exchange for another style or colour, you may return your item for:

• Exchange
• Store Credit

This applies provided your item meets our Return Conditions outlined below.

Please note:

• We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind purchases.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with change of mind returns.
• Items that do not meet our Return Conditions will not be accepted.
• Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our facility.

Exchanges

If your item is not quite right, you may exchange it for another size, colour, or available item.

Please note:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• We cannot hold stock for exchanges.
• We recommend lodging your return promptly to avoid missing out on your preferred item.
• If your requested exchange item is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued instead.
• Discount codes used on the original order cannot be re-applied to exchanged items.

We offer one complimentary exchange shipment for Australian customers where an incorrect item was received, or the item is confirmed faulty.

International customers may incur a subsidised shipping fee for exchanges.

Store Credit

Store Credit is issued via electronic Gift Card once your return has been received and approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Store Credit:

• is valid for 12 months from issue date
• is non-refundable
• is sent to the original order email address
• excludes original shipping costs
• excludes discount values applied at checkout

Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your Store Credit email.

Final Sale Items

Items marked down by 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or Store Credit.

Gift Cards are also non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unworn and unused
• be unwashed
• have all original tags attached
• be returned in original packaging
• be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, make-up, fake tan, glitter, pet hair, or washing powder residue

Items returned in unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please ensure all returns are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Business Details

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sculptedbymi.com.

Please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• a brief description of the fault

Faulty items are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Monetary refunds are only offered where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect sizing selections
• delayed delivery once dispatched
• preference changes after purchase

Approved refunds, where applicable under consumer law, will be returned to the original payment method.

Returns Portal & Processing

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through the official Sculpted By Mi Returns Portal once live.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• return shipping costs
• customs duties/taxes
• additional carrier charges associated with returns or exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with local consumer laws.
